This house offers the ultimate, full vacation package! ( Minimum 30 day stays ) We are perfectly located 10 miles from the most amazing beaches with the warmest waters and great little beach restaurants and tiki bars. 5 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, 15 minutes from beautiful downtown Sarasota if you would like to take in the Opera or a play and dine at fantastic local restaurants after doing a little window shopping. We are located in Riverstrand Golf and Country Club which hosts a top notch (and challenging) 27 hole golf course and 8 Har-Tru tennis courts. This is truly resort style living.
When you’re finished the day of sightseeing, sports or Busch Gardens (50 mins), relax and cool off in your private heated pool or have a cold one in the Jacuzzi while watching the game or your favorite show. Then grill your dinner on the BBQ and plan your adventures for tomorrow!
Riverstrand Golf & Country Club is a newly built luxury community designed to encourage fun, socializing and unwinding. In this gated community you have golf and tennis, community pool with tiki bar, 2 state-of-the art fitness Centers, and club house can all be used by paying a one-time membership transfer fee of USD 347.75 per family. (We can arrange this for you). This is mandatory by Riverstrand to have gate access.
Our house is newly renovated with a modern kitchen and decor to make your holiday even more relaxing. You will have a view of greenery and private backyard, flat screen TV’s, Wifi and local calls within North America included. Sorry, no pets permitted. We have allergies. One bedroom will be locked and is being used for storage, but we have just remodeled our home creating a new large master bedroom for you with it's own private bath and King size bedroom suite. This is a 2700 sq" home with lots of space. The three bedrooms are spacious plus you have a private den with pull-out sofa bed if you have short term company. Plus two full bathrooms located beside the bedrooms.
