Our house is in a small private lake community at the end of private drive. It's very peaceful, quiet, and safe. The freshly painted house features new stainless steel appliances, home theatre system and a new AC system to keep you cool while relaxing inside. Westchase is an upscale neighborhood that is filled with great local restaurants (as well as popular chains) and shops! Being centrally located, your lake retreat is a 20 minute drive to the downtown Tampa Riverwalk, 15 minutes to Ben T. David Beach, and only 16 miles (25-35 minutes) from the world famous Clearwater and St Pete beaches! If your bringing your boat, the Causeway Public Boat Ramp is just a 15 minute drive! And sports fans will love to know that both Raymond James Stadium and George Steinbrenner Field are less than 8 miles away. You will also be close to Busch Gardens theme park, Lowry Zoo, and Adventure Island water park. Costco, Sprouts, Aldi, Wildfork, and CVS are all approximately 1 mile away.
