Summary: Upon arrival in my room, I went to use the bathroom and noticed the seat was hanging off the hinges. I informed the front desk and was told that maintenance would not be on site until the next day. I requested a room change. My next room did not smell fresh. The carpets in the hotel are stained. The hotel needs a deep clean.
