The kitchen and master bathroom has been updated with new cabinets and quartz countertops. The third bedroom is used as an office. It is located in a community area between Crystal River and Inverness. Close to the Florida turnpike, hospitals, medical facilities, shopping. A great nice location to enjoy your home away from home and ride the bicycles provided, walk the neighborhood in the mornings and enjoy your coffee or afternoon drinks on the nice pool overlooking the wooded area. I have several vacation rentals and have 5 star reviews and wonderful comments.
