Utilize the laundry room with your own washer and machines and complimentary laundry detergent, located in the back of the home. This newly updated space contains a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, Brita water filter, and Keurig. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and a smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps!

- SMOKING: This is a NO smoking property; smoking inside the unit will result in a $250 fine
- PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow up to three pets. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- TRASH INFO: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the driveway
- Please note that a long-term tenant lives in the back building on the second floor. They also have one parking spot, #4, reserved for the long-term guest, so please only utilize spots 1-3.
Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are also self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.
