The Alecassandra Vacation Villas is a small 2 villa accommodation on Anna Maria Island and is individually owned by Nick and Vicki Zec. Our villas are an ideal choice for family vacations, wedding groups and friends traveling together. Our resort is named after our children Alec & Cassandra and we are family-friendly. Snowbirds are welcome in January and February to get out of the cold and families traveling for spring break our welcome in March!
Our villas are reasonably priced, considered one of the best values on the island and we are just across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico Beaches. We have a swimming pool for guest use that is fenced by a 6' privacy fence.

All of our villas are furnished with all the amenities of home. Each villa has a private undercover one car garage and a washer and dryer in both villas.
We have a private fenced swimming pool exclusively for the guests of the Alecassandra Vacation Villas. The beach is right across the street from our villas, a walk less than 300 - 500 feet.
Villas #4 and #5 overlook the swimming pool and have a peek-a-boo view across the street of the Gulf of Mexico. Both villas have a jacuzzi tub uniquely placed in the master bed/bathroom.
