FREE PARKING in front of the house or in front of a garage on a driveway. We usually do not close gate but in case you want to close gate you have to do it manually , just pull it .
There might be cars parking on a grass in front of a fence next to a road . It is from restaurant Palat ( 1 block away ) you have there 15% discount for lunch or dinner just contact me before you go :)
POOL is cleaned weekly, water is clean, however there is always stain on the bottom of the pool, we cannot do anything about ( please see pictures of the pool in our listing )
Pool is located outside, so you might find leaves or another debris in it during your stay since there is no net for the pool.
SECURITY CAMERAS are on the property for yours and ours added security - located on front entrance (overlooking parking lots) and back entrance (overlooking back yard and pool area) of the house
Property manager sometimes stays in separate attachment of a house - he doesn’t share any amenities and he doesn’t have an access to the house either.
• NO PARTIES ! This is very important to us as we live in very quiet neighborhood, we would like to respect our neighbors
