Most peaceful and relaxing. Sitting on a dead-end road to the majestic ~500 acre Lake Santa Fe (known for bass fishing competitions) in the heart of most adorable Melrose community, and only 20min east of Gainesville.
The space
Entire 1,500sq.ft home facing the lake: bedroom, bathrooms, office, kitchen, dining room, living room, den, screened porch, front and back patio, deck on the water! (new paint, new back patio, new AC, new water pump, new metal roof)
Note that this is on the side of the Santa Fe Lake that is strategically located closer to Gainesville and ~1 mile to the official boat ramp and ~2 miles to Melrose single street light! For some, it may appear a bit isolated but all enjoyed the tranquility. To last bit of dirt road you will cross a small bridge (that the county is working to update), and 2 colorful neighbors to get to my residence. It has new AC, new water well pump, new metal roof and new porch. You are not expected to wash any linens or anything. There is no guard rail on the dock for easy access to the water. Been told that this is the only location sitting on 2 lots. So, ample space inside and out for 2 adults. Enjoy!
