This spacious three-bedroom, two-bath coach home features brand new furnishings, a spacious lanai for al fresco dining and a full 2 car garage. It is a short walk from the local Community pool.
The living room provides ample seating and a large, smart flat screen TV. There is a full eight seater dining room and the fully equipped kitchen – with gas stove - contains stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need to prepare anything from a full dinner to a tray of cocktails to enjoy on the screened lanai. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom with flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The 2 guest rooms have queen and two twin beds, respectively, spacious closets, and share a full bathroom. There is a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and high speed wi fi is provided throughout
