(Please Read Before Booking: While we have direct beach access out the back of our building, our pool is currently closed. The pool will be undergoing a complete restoration. The condo will be installing a pool and decking in the back of the building from September 2025 through approximately January/February 2026. Guests will continue to have access to the beach. During the month of October 2025 the geothermal unit will be repaired which may result in the A/C being off for a limited period of time.
