Close to Ferry crossing ( Ferry takes passengers and automobiles from Heckscher Drive to Mayport Village and the Beaches. Close to several state and city parks; Talbot Island State Parks, Fort George Island State Park, Kingsley Plantation, Hannah Park, Hugenot Park.

Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter top. All kitchen essentials provided as well as coffee, coffee maker, dishes, bowls, paper towels, dish washer and hand detergent.
TVs: Master bedroom, guest suite and living room has Tvs with Netflix, Disney+ and FuboTV.
Linens and Towels:
Each bedroom is provided with 2 bathroom towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths.
The property provides 8 pool towels for their guest.
All bedrooms have clean linens for your stay prepared prior to your arrival.
