This first floor corner unit condo is located in the Hamptons division of the Kings Lake subdivision and it has beautiful and expansive views of the native landscape and community pool behind the condo. There are 2 onsite heated pools along with a Tennis court and there are miles of walking paths/sidewalks that connect the condo to the greater Kings Lake neighborhood. This condo features 2 bedrooms and a den/office that has a twin bed in it and it has a large corner lanai that is very private and has a view of the natural landscape in the community as well as the community pool. If you are looking for serenity, privacy and also be in the center of Naples -you have found it!
The Space:
The condo features 2 large, screened lanai's - there is one in the front with a table and 2 chair outdoor dining set to the left of the front door and in the back there are triple sliders that open to the screened lanai with multiple seating areas.
Upon entering the den is to the right which features a desk, a wet bar and a twin bed with a large TV. The TV in this bedroom has cable, all other TV's in the condo feature smart TV's without cable. Upon exiting this room the kitchen is to the left and it has many small appliances including a instant pot, a regular and drip coffee maker, a crock pot, a juice maker and more! The kitchen has a pass thru to the dining room which has a large round glass topped table and seating for 4.
The family room has a very large smart TV with multiple seating options with floor lamps and 3 glass sliding doors that go out to the large, corner screened lanai. The family room is where most of you gathering and relaxing will be indoors while you can enjoy the lanai and the community pool outdoors.
There is one bike with a basket for our guests to use and there are miles of paved paths and roads throughout the community as well as the adjacent King Lakes neighborhood. We hope you take advantage of the tree lined paths and roads throughout Kings Lake.
Some local attractions and restaurants that are nearby are LowBrow Pizza, Celebration Food Truck Park, the Real Macaw and the Naples Botanical Garden. The closest beach to the condo is about 4.5 miles from the condo, right off of 5th Avenue S or any points at the end of each of the Avenues in Naples. A great day trip would be to go to Marco Island or Fort Myers Beach.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples and Collier County is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is about a 45 minute drive from the home.

Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions.
