Guests will have access to the entire house and outdoor area. The house has smart locks for easy self-check-in/out. We also have a front door camera that records upon movement 24/7. Please note that the garage is being used by the homeowner and you won't have access to park in it. The open driveway can accommodate two cars.

We welcome you to relax and enjoy your stay, we do not expect you to clean, strip beds or do our laundry. We clean and change all beds after every booking but we are pet friendly so please be mindful that if you have pet allergies this may not be a good fit. The outdoor space has a fence to the lake but is not fully enclosed so we do not allow pets outside off the leash. The backyard if open to a lake and nature preserve, which many animals call home. You will see many critters, lizards, ducks and birds that call our neighborhood their home, please do not leave food outside for them.
