Community & Important Notes
• 72-hour registration required: All guests (including day visitors) and all vehicles must be registered
at least 72 hours before arrival or entry may be denied.
• * For booking made between 72-24 hours before check in, there will be a $100 late fee. Please know for this time period we will need you to fill out the guest registration form immediately.
• Mandatory community fees (required even if you don’t use amenities):
• In-season (MDW-LDW): $8.50/night per guest age 6+
• Off-season: $2/night per guest age 6+
• $20 per car registration fee + $20 rental registration fee
• Paid separately via secure payment platform at registration. To be collected after booking
• Guests must complete a registration form
• No fireworks (strictly enforced) up to $1,000 fines
• Burn bans may occur: fire pit use must comply with current rules; guests are responsible for any fines
• Age requirement: booking party must be 25+ and present; under 21 only with parent/guardian unless pre-approved
• Door code sent 24 hours before arrival
• Guests must be registered within 3 days of check in

Travel Insurance Recommended
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance, especially when traveling to the Pocono Mountains. Weather conditions, including snow and winter storms, can be unpredictable and may impact travel plans.
Home has a central heating system. The cooling system is window units only. In the summer, the house cools down significantly at night because of the breeze coming off of the lake.
HOUSE RULES:
Since there’s no curbside trash pickup in the community, all trash must be taken to the community trash center during your stay and before checkout. For safety and to avoid attracting wildlife, please do not leave any food or trash outside at any time.
•In adherence to the city`s noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 10 pm. No loud noise or music past 10pm.
•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•Checkin time is 4 PM
•Checkout time is 10 AM.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
