Master suite features a king size bed with flat screen TV, large closet and en-suite bath with walk in shower. Second bedroom features a queen size bed. The living room sofa also converts to a queen size bed. The private screened lanai has beautiful views letting the breeze in and keeping the bugs out!
The condo is on the 4th floor and has elevator access. You will have one assigned covered parking space as well as lots of space for visitors.
When you rent this condo the owner's membership is transferred to the renter for the duration of the rental. The renter pays the membership transfer fee of $600.00 plus tax directly to Lakewood National Golf Club, Inc. Membership transfer provides access to all amenities in the community, including golf at our 2 Lakewood National championship golf courses, tennis, pickleball, spa, resort style lagoon pool, gym and dining at the pool-side Tiki Bar. Green fees are the responsibility of the renter.
