There are televisions in the main living area and in both bedrooms. The condo also has WiFi. It's a wonderful executive suite for anyone staying in town on business.

You can relax by the large pool, play beach volleyball, work out in the state of the art fitness center, or take a stroll on the half mile lakeside track. The condo is less than 5 miles from all of the shops and restaurants on University Parkway, including Bonefish Grill, Carraba's Italian Grill, Panera Bread, Atlanta Bread Company and SuperTarget. The condo is less than 2 miles from I-75, and is a 15 minute drive to downtown Sarasota, Marina Jack's and St. Armand's Square.
