The villa itself is a specious 1700 sq. ft. It offers 4 specious bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms, which sleeps up to 10 people. The Villa has a private south-facing pool, which means that the beautiful Florida sunshine remains on the sun-deck and the pool the whole day long; a real plus if you are looking for a vacation during the fall and winter period. The fantastic pool overlooks a beautiful nature preserve, providing you all the privacy you want. (Poolheating is never included, always available as optional)
There is a covered lanai with dining table for the outside meals, perfect to enjoy the Florida weather.
If you think this isn’t enough, the Villa also has it’s own games room with a Pool table and a dartgame!
Important information: Our villa can only accommodate parking for two (2) regular sized vehicles on the driveway.
Vehicles are not permitted in the garage of our villa (which is reserved for domestic and games room purposes only). No street parking is permitted, nor is it on the grass/landscaped areas and/or sidewalks within Lake Wilson Preserve. Which is unfortunately strictly enforced. Fines minimum $ 1.000,- and your car can be towed. Only two cars allowed to park on the driveway of the property.
Additional parking spaces for your vehicles are not the responsibility of The Owners or Ideal Choice Management Co our management company.
