Laurel House is a very spacious pool home, situated in the center of Miami. All the bedrooms have king size beds and the interior is open concept overlooking the beautiful patio and pool, waterfall, Tiki, Brazilian BBQ and Billiards.
We are 15 minutes to Miami Airport and to the Cruise Port, South Beach, Little Havana, Downtown Miami. We are also close to lots of restaurants and nightlife, as well as The Everglades, The Florida Keys, Coral Gables and Wynwood Design District to name a few.
The pool area is screened and has a spacious covered terrace, with an outside fridge and lots of seating. There is a large Tiki with a TV, Billiards & Domino Tables, a Brazilian BBQ grill and sun beds. (There is a pool safety fence available if you have young children).
As our guests, you enjoy a private home with a fully equipped kitchen, pool, patio and lots of amenities, in a private setting, not having to share your space with anyone else.
The front door has a keyless code entry system, so no need to worry about losing keys. Upon check in, we have a guest book with recommendations to lots of restaurants. bars, boat excursions and attractions.
We do not allow parties at the property, we do welcome bachelor and bachelorette groups and guests coming to enjoy a good time in Miami.
All the bathrooms have a glass encased showers and one of the bathrooms has a shower/bath combination.
Master Bedroom - 1 King bed, TV, en-suite bathroom and a large closet.
Bedroom #2 - 1 King bed, TV & closet.
Bedroom # 3 -1 King Bed and 1 bunk bed (Double over Double) with TV.
Bedroom # 4 - 1 King bed and 1 Bunk bed (Queen over Queen) an en-suite bathroom, TV and walk in closet. This room also features its own private side patio with seating.
The living room has a sectional sofa, a fireplace and 75" Flat screen TV.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite worktops and is fully equipped with blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, tea kettle and cooking utensils, pots & pans, cups, glasses, plates and flatware etc.
Washer/Dryer and Iron & Ironing board are provided. For families with young children, we provide a Pac n Play crib with mattress, a high chair and toddler toilet seat.
We have high speed Wifi and Smart TV's in all the rooms & Tiki. All linens, towels, shampoo/bodywash and conditioner are provided.
Please be advised we have a Ring camera in the front outside facing the driveway of the property for security purposes. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property.
The large driveway in front of the house can easily accommodate all your vehicles.
The home can accommodate large groups and big families. We have a set price per day, we do not charge for individual guests. This averages out to a very reasonable daily rate for your stay.
We are a phone call away and will always do whatever we can to make your stay an enjoyable one.
Pool service, lawn service and exterminator service may need to be carried out during your stay at the home.
