The pool also has gas heating as a supplement during the winter which there is an additional charge for if you want it. . There are lots of birds and other wildlife to enjoy as the property borders on a conservation area. Imagine a location like this and only 20minutes from Disney!
The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed has a flat screened TV. It has an adjoining bathroom and sliding door to the pool area. A second bedroom features a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a. Queen size bed.
The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a new large flat screened TV with Netflix included. There is also a separate spacious living room which adjoins a large dining room for family meals. Both the living room and the family room have plenty of seating for all and both open to the screened pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast bar for a quick meal or drink.
There is also a separate game room that has a pool table and ping pong table for family fun!
To top it all off there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The whole house is equipped with free hi-speed wireless internet (free wifi) to keep everyone in touch. The house also has central air conditioning as well as heating for year round comfort.
