My extremely cozy and stylish place is perfect for short getaways or extended stays. Very modern and comfy and only 5 min from Indian Rocks Beach, 15 min away from Clearwater Beach. My condo is located on the first floor, in a quiet end corner of the community, next to the park. The patio has tropical & relaxing views. Every room has TVs with Roku, WiFi, and beach gear. It’s a great location close to stores and to all famous beaches such as Madeira, Treasure Island, St Pete, Sand Key and Clearwater <3
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a master bathroom. The second bedroom has queen sized bed. Both are very comparable mattresses. The living room has two folding sofas twin size if needed for extra sleep space. The screened-in patio overlooking the fountain and tropical garden has a great setup space for relaxation. The condo is located in a nice community with a pool and a gas grill for guest use. Nearby are numerous parks with trails. Along with the beaches, you can visit great and interesting cities such as Tampa, St. Petersburg, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, and Clearwater Beach which all have great nightlife, restaurants, and culture. You will feel home at my place! <3
