Also comes with a brand new KEURIG coffee maker; toaster and blender. Den has a 48" LED TV and the family room has a 70" LED TV along with a blue ray player. Wireless internet access is provided along with 200 channels of cable TV. Villa is one floor-no stairs. It has a paver driveway and a 2 car garage. The screened lanai on the back of the house faces west so you will have beautiful sunsets while enjoying your water view. Lanai has table and chairs for 6 and a gas grill.
