Beautifully well kept 5 bedroom heated pool house in an amazing community in the heart of Tampa. We recently renovated the entire first floor including bathrooms and kitchen. Just minutes from the riverwalk, convention center, hockey arena, and an easy walk to local restaurants, ice cream, shopping, a park for the kids. This beautiful house is also a block away from a bike bath/ jogging path, a block away from beautiful water views. You can walk a mile or take a golf cart ride to see some of the most beautiful sunsets that Tampa has to offer. You may even catch some celebrities that live on the island.
