The space
This home has two bedrooms and a den (3 separate rooms) and 2.5 bathrooms. An expansive living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Outside you will find a pool with BBQ grill, two chaise loungers, an outdoor sofa set, a dining table and chairs with seating for 6.
We are located in the heart of Miami; 6 miles from MIA, a short 15-20 minute drive from Brickell/Downtown, Key Biscayne and under 10 minutes to Coral Gables. There are plenty of cool coffee shops, restaurants and bars in coconut grove and a farmers market on weekends. This neighborhood is fantastic and there is plenty to do and see.
Master bedroom: 1 queen bed, dresser, walk in closet, en suite bathroom with shower and double sink vanity.
Second bedroom: Queen bed with large closet.
Den/third bedroom: Two twin beds. This room is connected to the master bedroom by a door. It has access direct access to the outdoor pool area.
Living room/dining room: Floor to ceiling windows with views to the pool. Dining table seats 6. Wooden piano for your entertainment.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with utensils/plates/pots/pans/espresso & coffee maker. The washer dryer and half bathroom are located near the kitchen area.
Quirks to note: This an original coconut grove cottage style home that is surrounded by foliage which means you will see lizards, iguanas, critters around the property. We do regular maintenance and pest control but this is an inherent part of the property which should be noted prior to booking.
Also, home does not have curtains/blinds because it is surrounded by mature trees/foliage that block the light; the lot is 20,000 square feet with 10 foot concrete walls around it providing maximum privacy.
