•Living room includes a large flat-screen TV with access to Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+, a comfortable accent chair and lap desk for laptop or tablet use, sofa with chase converts to a queen-sized sofa bed, and an ottoman.
•Includes its own washer/dryer combo with laundry tabs and dryer sheets provided
•Iron and tabletop ironing board located in walk-in bedroom closet
•Dishwasher with detergent tabs provided
•Cleaning supplies available for cleaning spills or crumbs (guests can request host-provided cleaning and/or laundry service during extended stays for additional fee)

GUEST ACCESS:
•Guests are provided with separate access to the guesthouse. The pathway to the guesthouse is accessible from driveway with a designated guest parking space.
•Koi pond on property is accessible through a beautiful nature tunnel of Mimosa Trees. Pergola located at koi pond. Guests are provided with Koi food to feed the fish if they so choose.
•Guests may also encounter other wildlife at times as the property is surrounded by a nature preserve. Deer have been spotted at night in back yard.
•Please note: Some wildlife can be potentially dangerous. We request guests please take precaution and do not engage any wild animals.
