The curving contour patterns left by waves on the sand, and the power and delicacy of he ocean are embodied in the exotic shape and poetic movements of the structure and detailing.
The dominate interior feature for The Cultured Pearl Beach House is the 4-story undulating central open space, which showcases the prominent keystone fireplace and uninterrupted travertine spiral stairway which leads to overlook lofts on the levels and to the roof terrace with panoramic views of the ocean to the east and the river to the west. Given the tremendous location, it is hard to find a comparable property. This property offers everything that is required in the world class estate; luxury, comfort, stunning panoramic views, entertainment (kayak/stand-up paddle boards, bicycles, skim & boogie boards, beach and board games), and of course the ocean as a backyard, where dolphins and other ocean wildlife, as well as stunning sunrises can be observed. The home offers 4000 square feet of air-conditioned indoor living space and 2000 square feet of outdoor entertainment space, plentiful seating to socialize, wireless internet, cable (including HBO and Showtime), chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances, a wet bar, 2 fireplaces (available November through February), 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, laundry room, 4 balconies, large rooftop terrace with bar, 2 outdoor showers, elevator (1st to 3rd floor) and a 2 car garage with 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway.
First floor/ground floor allows access to the home through a custom glass front door and direct access to the beach through rear hurricane doors. The 2 car garage can also be accessed from this floor. The elevator is located in the garage for convenient transport of groceries and luggage. This level provides a game table (board games available) with four chairs, a large comfortable sectional couch with flat screen TV, a wet bar, a laundry room (washer and dryer), a half bath, a spacious bedroom (sleeps 4) with a king sized bed and built-in twin size bunk beds. This bedroom also offers a walk-in closet with built-in shelving and drawers, and a full bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom can be closed off from main first floor through a sliding pocket door which creates a private ensuite
Second Floor/Main Floor offers open concept living with spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, a large circular sectional that allows comfortable seating, a dinning area, chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances, elevator access, a fireplace (available November through February), an additional sectional sofa and a 86 inch large screen tv. A balcony allows direct access tot he beach via a travertine staircase. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a closet, drawers, flat screen TV, and allows access to a private balcony with outdoor seating facing west. A full size bathroom is also available on this floor just outside this bedroom door.
Third Floor is primarily comprised of the master suite. The large master bedroom, with stunning panoramic views of the ocean, features a king size bed, elevator access, a fireplace (available November through February), a master bathroom with large walk-in double shower, a freestanding bathtub, double sinks, a large walk-in closet wit built in cabinetry, a couch and flat screen TV, a large balcony with oversize sun loungers facing the ocean and a secluded private balcony facing west.
Fourth Floor offers an observation area that allows for additional panoramic views of the beach, a small sitting area for relaxing and a half bath. The main feature is the rooftop terrace with breathtaking 180 degree views from east to west. From the amazing sunrises to the fantastic sunsets and everything in between can be viewed from this large travertine rooftop terrace. Its a great location to view rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. A drink and prep area with sink and a bar area can be found here as well. Lots of outdoor seating, such as loungers, couch, chairs, ottomans, built-in stone table with teak benches are available for enjoyment and relaxation.
Additional outdoor seating can be found on the ocean side of the beach house, where a large table with chairs as well as grand driftwood benches are available for the entire family o enjoy. The beach can be accessed through the first floor, second floor and pathways on the side of the home. A non-toxic mosquito and pest prevention system is installed in the back yard. A harmless misting automatically occurs 3 times a day to help deter Florida's not-so-welcome natives.

for entertainment in the home, The Beach House offers board games, bicycles, kayak/stand-up paddle boards, skim boards, boogie boards, sand toys and beach games. For relaxation directly in the sand, beach chairs are also available for use.
A Tesla Charger and NEMA 14-50 outlet is available in the garage for EV charging.
The Beach House is sanitized thoroughly after each guest. HVAC system has ultraviolet light air cleanser.
For entertainment outside of the home, restaurants, shopping, Cape Canaveral National Seashore, live bands, fishing, boating, surfing, tennis, golf and spas are available nearby. Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Volcano Bay, are located in Orlando about 83 miles (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes) from The Beach House. Orlando also offers world-class shopping and performing arts. No matter what the heart desires; relaxation or entertainment, it can all be found in this stunning luxurious home and the surrounding area.
All guests are required to sign a contract, house rules compliance agreement and liability waiver before starting their vacation. We also require a copy of a Photo ID for each guest over the age of 18 that will be staying at the house. Documents will be sent via email (provided by VRBO) once booking is confirmed.
