Beautiful 2/2 condo in downtown Gainesville- sleeps 6 - 2 real beds and a tall & comfy queen blow-up mattress with extra sheets and linens included as well as a pull-out sofa. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (and fully equipped with pots, pans, flatware, dishes, etc...). Both bathrooms have dual bath/shower and granite countertops. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire space - rental of the condo is rental of the entire condo.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is in vibrant downtown Gainesville- walk to restaurants and bars, or stay in and cook in the beautiful kitchen.
Getting Around:
Guests have access to 2 parking spaces next to the condo. There is also a bus route nearby. The condo is walking distance from UF campus and downtown Gainesville.
Other Things to Note:
The great thing about the location of the condo is that you can walk to all of the great downtown bars and restaurants, and it is also walking distance from campus.
