The cottage has 2 bedrooms(see aerial photo)a Large 600 sq ft Master upstairs and a queen downstairs each with their own bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and TV. Kona Beach Estate is in a very protected cove with a reef right out in front including a white sandy beach for your enjoyment. Directly to the south is "turtle" beach, a sheltered area where you can explore the tide pools and observe the diverse sea life. Great for Keiki playing in the water and snorkeling. To the north you can see surfers on Ala Kawa- a great surf spot for the very experienced surfer as the rocks can be a challenge.
The oceanfront is an ever changing visual display - playful dolphins, enchanting whales, surfers, paddle boarders, snorkelers, fishing boats, Body Glove tour boats, para gliders and more coming and going through the day.
