The home provides a quiet oasis situated within a secure gated community featuring a gorgeous entrance punctuated by a large lake-quarry, story-book oak-lined streets, and nestled inside one of the most beautiful and desirable country clubs in Florida.
This 3-bedroom home has a bright open floorplan, and is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could need. This includes all kitchen items, linens, and other personal touches that make a house a home. The home is accentuated (and brightened) by four sets of large glass doors off of the great room and Master Bedroom, providing scenic surround views out over the pool and onto the beautifully manicured golf course.
A large wrap-around lanai encompasses most of the rear and left side of the home, providing multiple outdoor areas for entertaining and simple enjoyment of the frequently perfect outdoor Central-Florida winter weather. This includes a large, heated, salt-water pool area, furnished with lounge chairs and umbrella table for entertaining guests, and a separate patio sitting area (our favorite) just off the kitchen and great room. This sitting area is a favorite for lounging outdoors and includes comfortable patio furnishings, BBQ grill, large screen TV, access to the hot tub, and a large outdoor area propane heater for adding a touch of warmth to those winter nights that might get a bit chill.
A beautiful, newly renovated kitchen overlooks the patio sitting area, complete with a service bar just outside the window for entertaining on the patio. The kitchen is open to the great room, and features new stone countertops, stone backsplash, soft-close cabinets, as well as a large, L-shape stone-top island centerpiece and breakfast area. The island provides a great deal of additional cabinet space and a lovely area for entertaining and informal dining with seating for up to 8. The breakfast area includes bay windows overlooking the entranceway.
The Master Bedroom is exceptionally large, with the sleeping area separated from the large dressing room bathroom area and closet. Large glass doors overlook the pool and out onto the golf course. The large master bathroom provides a large stone counter with double sinks, provide toilet room, stone shower, and separate claw-foot tub area. The dual-sided walk-in closet provides ample space for two.
The second bedroom is arranged in an in-law suite configuration, with separate bedroom and full bath situated behind a dedicated sliding door for quest privacy. The third bedroom has its own half bath and is set up with desk equipment to provide office space.
A spacious 2-car garage provides a utility sink, deep freezer, side door to the manicured yard with water hose access, and even a small but well-equipped workshop.
Everything the Nature Coast and city of Crystal River have to offer is within 15 minutes, including access to the gulf for fishing, kayaking/paddle boarding, diving, and swimming with manatees The YMCA is only 5 minutes away, and multiple parks, golf courses, and miles and miles of walking and biking trails are near by, Crystal River is right around the corner and offers a quaint downtown area with numerous shops and restaurants, in addition to its many waterfront bars and restaurants,
