A Lease Contract signed by all parties will be submitted to the Condo Management for approval. All bookings are subject to the Condo Management approval ! The guests are required to agree electronically with all Condominium rules. The Management will send a link to the email provided for each guest. Same email for all guests is not accepted.
All guests bringing a pet will need to inquire first about the availability and the breeds accepted by the Management. If the pet is allowed by the Owner and by the Condo Management, please make sure to pick up the outside needs of the pet on the spot. Please note that a pet is not allowed on beds/sofas, unless you bring protective covers . It is recommended not leaving your pet alone at the property, unless you know for sure that this will not be an issue.
