The main living space transitions to indoor-outdoor with disappearing sliders, incorporating the newly renovated, screened patio that spans the entire house. This lanai has both dining and lounging areas as well as a pool and jacuzzi spa! (Pool heat available for $25 a day - no heat needed May-October!)
Beyond the screened area is a large lawn, leading to the new dock , which is available for parking a watercraft - rent or bring your own! The canal is central and with one quick turn, you are in the river with quick access to open water, leading to the Gulf of Mexico!
