It’s situated 2 blocks from one of Tampa’s best restaurants, and 4 blocks to 7th Ave. This gorgeous modern bungalow offers a spacious front porch to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, a bright and spacious living and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, and a fenced in backyard. Tons of old hundred+ year old character is everywhere throughout this home.
The Space:
This modern bungalow has been completely restored to its century old beauty with hints of new age features. Hard wood floors, tall ceilings, bright lighting, and an open floor plan. The front porch is perfect to enjoy the coffee you bring back from one of the coffee shops just a few blocks away on 7th Ave in the morning! The living areas offer plenty of instagram walls to take great pictures to remember your trip. Be sure to tag us! :) The front bedroom is very spacious, has a king size bed and has a closet. This room is the closest to the front of the house on 22nd ave which is definitely on the louder side, we provide sound machines for this room to help :). The middle room has a queen size bed, and the back room has a full size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with white shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous black countertops. There’s a keurig machine with coffee provided and all the pots, pans, plates, etc. that you’ll need to cook. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, original black and white honeycomb tiles on the floor and tons of charm. Our back there is a fenced in back yard with an egg chair/swing and seating area.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, unshared access to the entire home, front porch, backyard, 1 guaranteed parking space, and 1 guest parking space that is first come first serve and shared between a few units. There are tons of public parking lots and garages in Ybor as well.
The Neighborhood:
Ybor City is famous for it's walkable small downtown, lively nightlife full of bars, amazing coffee shops/restaurants, shopping, and cigar shops/bars. It was built over 100 years ago and most of the buildings on 7th avenue are made out of gorgeous bricks. Everything in Ybor is walkable, or you could even take the city scooters, or a quick uber if you're not wanting to walk a few blocks!
Getting Around:
Lyft and Uber is readily accessible as well as city scooters! The city trolly also runs from Ybor to Channelside and Downtown and is very close. Additionally you can walk to everything on 7th Ave. You can also bring a car as well, as we are one of the few properties in Ybor City that also provide a parking space!
Other Things to Note:
The front bedroom (king bed) is situated at the front of the house which is on 22nd St (slightly busy road) so it can be a little loud for light sleepers. Noise machines are in that room to help with the sound, but light sleepers should plan to sleep in one of the other bedrooms.
