The home is very central, minutes from the beach also very close to the 95 highway. In minutes you can be shopping in Design District or Bal Harbour or you can in Brickell. LOCATION LOCATION. The neighborhood is growing so rapidly after pandemic there is construction in different areas of the entire city there may be occasional noise from construction. With that said the city is also working on the entire sewage changing all the lines. Guest will have to be very careful with toilets and there is nothing to be flushed down the toilet.
