The Guest Bedroom located on the opposite side of the condo from the Master has a new Queen size bed, mounted flat screen smart TV and walk-in closet. The second full bath is conveniently located next to the Guest Bedroom. The office/den offers a desk, printer and a couch that pulls out to a full size futon bed. The screened Lanai is situated overlooking the water and is furnished with a dining table and a sitting area. Just steps away you can enjoy a private neighborhood pool with plenty of chaise lounges and seating. This condo sleeps 6 with a King Bed, Queen Bed and convertible futon located in the Den.
