The upscale Naples Continental Club's renovation will be completed in Spring 2025 to include newly decorated lobby and first floor common areas, pool, fire pits and courtyard area.
The 6th floor overlooks miles of white sandy beach and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private lanai. The NCC pool is located just steps from the beach. The unit is furnished with a 65” inch Smart TV with cable, wireless internet and split bedroom floor plan for privacy. Each bedroom includes a private bathroom.
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This beachfront building is located ½ mile from dining and shopping at Venetian Village, 4 miles from downtown Naples’ famous 5th avenue shopping and dining district and Mercato and Waterside shopping and restaurants are also nearby.
The Naples Continental Club also includes additional resort style amenities such as Gas BBQ grills, shuffle board, fitness room, library, social/game room with billiards table and 2 shared laundry facilities on each floor. Each condo is assigned one parking spot and guest parking is also available.
Homeowners Association Application required with $100 non-refundable fee (21-day approval process). Lease agreement must also be signed prior to VRBO approval (required by HOA).
