Welcome to your private fully furnished vacation home! Relax, unwind, and enjoy the Florida sunshine in this beautiful pool home. Its perfectly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. This spacious 3BR/2BA home is surrounded by amazing botanical gardens with fruit trees, a pond with wildlife, and views of the golf course. Just 7 miles from the Naples beaches and the amazing Fifth Ave for fine dining and amazing shopping! 15 minute drive to Marco Island and more beaches.

Relax in the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings or enjoy in the family room while watching your favorite shows. Just past the dining room is the master suite which has direct access to the pool and screened in lanai. It has a comfortable king-sized bed, a huge walk-in closet with a dresser, plantain shutters and ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity with stool/makeup area.
The second and third bedrooms are on the opposite side of the living area which share a bathroom. This newly renovated bathroom has a newly tiled walk-in shower.
The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and dresser, and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and hangers.
The private solar heated pool area is fully screened in. There is a light in the pool for nighttime swimming! Enjoy dinner and cocktails in the outdoor dining area.There is a fun pass-through window from the kitchen to the lanai to pass beverages out to your guests.
Surrounding the pool area is a true botanical garden with paths ways, a starfruit tree, Meyer lemon tree, several colorful plumeria and a variety of other native plants. It is truly a beautiful and peaceful backyard to experience! There is also a lagoon behind the botanical garden and views of the golf course. You cannot see other houses or neighbors. The back yard is its own private oasis!
The kitchen has a peninsula area with stools and a small breakfast nook. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs.
