The house is located in a beautiful and safe gated community in Naples next to the Valencia Lakes Golf course. Beach with picnic tables and boat launch is at the end of the road 12 miles away.
The house is approx. 2000 square feet with 4 bedrooms. Three rooms have queen beds (new temperpedic mattresses), the fourth room has two children beds.
The house has two flat panel TVs, one in master bedroom, BBQ, Wi-Fi internet, printer, monitor, beach gears, lounge chairs, 3 sets of golf clubs and 2 tennis rackets. Large lanai has two sets of patio tables that sits 10 people, perfect for parties! Nice wood and tile floors, absolutely no carpet. Very well equipped kitchen.
The community center can be accessed free of charge. It offers fitness equipment, a large heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a pool table and a small library. The community is safe and gated. Its wonderful to take morning/evening walks around the community.
Conveniently located about 5 minutes walk to grocery store (Publix), pharmacy, restaurant, bank and gas station. 35 minutes from Regional South West (RSW) International Airport. 30 minutes to Marco Island, 45 minutes to Sanibel Island; Two major-league baseball spring training stadiums (Twins and Red Sox) within 35 mins drive.
