Welcome to our charming Palm Harbor retreat! Our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful and relaxing getaway for your Florida vacation. Palm Harbor, Florida, is a delightful destination for tourists seeking a mix of coastal charm, outdoor activities, and relaxation.
About the Space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting living room, complete with comfortable seating and a TV. The adjacent dining area has seating for six, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features queen-size bed. The third bedroom offers a twin size bed and a crib. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and restful atmosphere making this house a perfect spot for extended families. A washer and dryer, wireless internet, and two car parking space in the driveway are also included. This is a non-smoking house. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.
Outside, you can unwind in the spacious backyard, which includes an enclosed patio area with outdoor seating and a grill. Enjoy the Florida sunshine and dine al fresco, or simply relax with a book and soak up the tranquil ambiance.

• Pets are welcome.
• Pet fee: $35 per pet/night. Pets aren't allowed in beds or furniture. Please clean up after your pets. No aggressive breeds. Fee must be paid right after booking confirmed.
• No smoking is allowed in the house or backyard.
• Strictly No parties or events are allowed
• No candles, no diffuser, no scented oils, no incense, or any plug-ins allowed.
• No unregistered guests are allowed.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• We provide beach chairs, beach tent, cooler and outdoor games. Please ensure they do not get wet and put them back in the box once you are done. If they happen to get wet, please leave the box latch open for them to dry up.
• Please note that an extra charge ($) will be made for each beach equipment not returned or damaged.
• Put all your trash bags in the trash bin
• Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only
• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• No mail or packages are to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• Please don't eat/drink in beds, as this leads to irreversible stains. Claims will be made.
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee.
• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Upon departure, please leave the thermostat to the initial temperature.
• No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $140.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 60 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
• Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
