Summary: This house had everything! It was absolutely incredible. We loved the layout. Our family of 10 (2 grandparents, 4 adult parents and 3 little ones ages 1-3) had plenty of room to spread out. There’s a putting green outside, which the adults and kids loved. The swimming pool was large and a pool house with life jackets, a shower and toilet was all right there. The back dock was beautiful and there were four kayaks available. There are multiple seating areas outside for groups to sit in. Some of the cushions were worn, but it didn’t bother us at all… one less thing for us to worry about damaging lol We saw manatees in the cove every day. It was incredible. There was plenty of room on the huge sofa for all of us to sit together. The house is laid out for large family. There are two coolers you can use in the garage as well as lots of beach toys, and 10 sand chairs! We also loved the extra refrigerator in the garage for overflow of food and drinks. The only thing I would change about this house is the air conditioning situation. I think the owners know because there were 1-2 box fans in every room. However, it did get quite warm and we weren’t even there during the hottest time of the year. Being so close to Armin Circle was wonderful as well. Everybody could find something to eat or go shopping if they wanted to. The beach was also only two or three blocks. The location was incredible.
