"Endless Summer" is a beautiful home located in a golf course community located just off I-75 for easy and quick commutes to anywhere in southwest Florida. This home is a four bedroom, three and a half bath home with an open floor plan that features two living areas an expansive kitchen that is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.
The Master host a king size Tempur-Pedic bed, dresser, two night stands and a 55" inch tv with cable, the master also has an attached bonus room that has a trundle bed that will accommodate two guests. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, garden tub, duel sinks and two walk in closets. The second bedroom host a queen bed with expansive closet and 32' Roku tv. The third bedroom host a king size bed with expansive closet, lastly the fourth bedroom host a king size Tempur-Pedic bed with expansive closet and a 32" Roku tv.
The main level has two fully furnished living rooms with a 58" and 65" tv. The airy and light feel to the home is contributed to the open floor plan. The kitchen is very spacious with a great amount of counter space and a large pantry. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to cook in.
To accommodate young families there are two childproof gates available, one at the bottom of the stairs and the other one at the top of stairs. The lanai is located just steps off the kitchen, there you will enjoy the heated pool that with a bonus ledge that wraps halfway around the pool to sit and enjoy the water. You will also find a grill, lounge chairs, a pub style patio set, a 50' tv and a view of the water just beyond the pool. A perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy the wild life coming in and out. Just out of the the side Lani is a fenced in area for a pet or kids to have space to run around safely. The garage is open and available for one vehicle.
The Ellenton outlet mall is a short drive away as well as Woodys River Roo and Whiskey Joes where you can grab a quick bite and enjoy the water views.
