There's an observation dock, but the water is really too shallow for power boating but ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding.

The island has a small commercial district to make your stay more convenient: Boondocks Grille & Draft House and Miniature Golf, Looe Key Reef Resort's tiki bar and restaurant, Five Brothers Grocery Two, and a gas station/convenience store.
This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Primary renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Small pet permitted with manager approval and $250 nonrefundable pet fee. There's a cap on electric ($250) and water/sewer ($150). Pool heat is available upon request for an additional $15 per week.
