North Captiva Island provides a true island experience with no roads to the island. Get to the island by a short hourly water ferry ride or private charter. No cars and no roads...nothing but sandy trails with electric golf carts as transportation (cart included).
THE PERKS: Take in nearly 360 degree, panoramic water views of the Gulf of Mexico, Safety Harbor, and Pine Island Sound from the fourth-story crow’s nest. Bask in the private heated pool and listen to the palm trees rustle above you (more pool photos to come…pool was just finished!). Beach access to one of the most beautiful stretches of white, sugar-sand beach on the island is a short 600 foot stroll or a 30 second golf cart ride from the property.
PERSONAL CONCIERGE: Your on-island property manager and personal concierge, Jennifer Parker, will assist with the logistics of traveling to the island so that you can focus on the excitement of your upcoming true island experience! On arrival to the island, you will be greeted by Jennifer and her concierge team and they will transport you and your luggage and groceries to The Breezy Palm (unless you requested the kitchen be pre-stocked). On arrival, Jennifer's team will give you a private tour of the island, help familiarize you with The Breezy Palm, and will be only a phone call or text away during your stay.
YOUR PIECE OF PARADISE: Enjoy sunrise and sunset views and the sights and sounds of sea birds soaring overhead while you sip a cup of coffee or a tropical cocktail on the fourth-story crow’s nest that sits atop this luxurious house. Sit back and relax in the comfy leather sofas and sleep soundly in any of the four dreamy, island-themed bedrooms. This piece of paradise brings the outside in with huge, stacking glass doors on both the bedroom and living levels. This house boasts gorgeous floors, newer windows to take in all the views, and a fun and classy island- and sea-life theme throughout that ensures you are immersed in the tropical experience of the island for every single minute of your stay. During the day, cruise around in the included golf cart and explore the barrier island paradise that is North Captiva Island. The island has no roads to it, so you can relax to the sounds of nature with no car noise. From this house, the beach is a short 30 second golf cart ride away. On your ride to the beach, you will drive on quiet, sandy roads lined with luscious tropical plants, palm trees, and bright, beautiful flowers. You might even see one of the island's endangered gopher tortoises! Enjoy miles of white, sugar-sand beaches, warm, salty gulf waters with gentle waves, and a natural preserve on the southern tip of the island.
