This stunning home is everything that a Lake Chelan home should be. You'll love having your own private pool, boat dock, and 100 feet of waterfront to play with. Plus, there are lake views from nearly every room in the house. This home also features a great kid-friendly space in the loft - it's perfect for movie-watching while lounging in bean bag chairs. There is a lovely gas fireplace in the living room, and outside you'll find a wrap-around deck with a propane fire table, lots of seating, and a private gas grill.
Located just a half-mile away, Willow Point Park is a great place to let the kids run and play or enjoy the sandy beach. This home sits just two miles from downtown Manson, where you'll find great dining options, tasting rooms, and boat rentals. This region is famous for its vineyards, so you'll discover numerous wineries within three miles, and there are even more on the south shore. Just four miles away you'll find the Mill Bay Casino and a boat launch at the Old Mill Park. Head to downtown Chelan for more restaurants, shopping, and family fun at Slidewaters.

4WD/traction may be required in winter.

Please note the hike to the water is very steep.

Dock details: Private dock accessed by gravel path off of the pool area.
Please don't tie the boat or ski's to the dock overnight. Daytime mooring at the dock is fine as long as you have bumpers and properly attach boat to dock. Due to the high winds and choppy waters overnight, we recommend pulling boat from water.
Buoy is only rated for small watercraft like JetSkis or kayaks.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
