Newly renovated and stylish 3 bedroom/2 bath home located in quiet neighborhood in popular Venice. The decor is a fun mix of coastal/contemporary farmhouse and mid-century modern, with a bit of boho thrown in.
In Jan-March, we prefer a monthly rental with 30 day minimum stay, beginning the 1st of the month, but reach out if you have other needs to see if we can accommodate you. Minimum rental is 3 nights, 7 in high season. Variable pricing for High season Jan-March /off season May to November(monthly electric allowance of $125 in off season).
Much care and attention to detail has been put into renovating and furnishing this property for a great rental experience. Local owners operate multiple short term rentals and are considered "premier hosts".
