Located on a pristine stretch of beach in the centrally located and posh Moorings neighborhood of Naples, the condominium offers amenities including a heated pool and shuffleboard right on the beach, beach chaise lounges, a gym and a club room overlooking the gulf. Unit 711 has a direct west facing balcony with gulf views from the living room, screened balcony and master bedroom and was completely remodeled in 2020! The coastal contemporary interior design features a soothing white and blue color palette, waterfall edge quartz countertops, Kitchenaid appliances, and a thoughtful built-in storage wall with wine rack. BOOKING DATES: Even month bookings (meaning check-in on 1st of month, check-out on last day of month) might be required, particularly during peak season December through April. Please inquire prior to booking alternate dates! APPLICATION: All rentals at Naples Continental Club require a lease application be completed and submitted at least 3 weeks prior to check-in date for approval. Application forms will be provided upon booking via Docusign, and a check for the $100 application fee MUST BE MAILED to our office. CAMERA: There is a security camera outside the unit door that surveils the front door to the condo unit. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the condo.
