Should Guest violate either rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. -Theres a designated area outside in the back yard patio for guests to smoke and deposed in ashtray. -A $500 environment cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest chooses to smoke inside the house.
