Well maintained second floor apartment, perfect for that summer getaway. 2.5 short blocks to the beach and 2 longer blocks to the bay. The apartment is in a great location - near enough to everything yet away from the craziness. Gas grill, outdoor shower, sand chairs, a wonderful hot tub, nice deck for morning coffee overlooking the back yard. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed.
