Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located condominium. This stylish and updated condominium is located only 1 mile from Nokomis beach. Dine and shop in quaint Venice or bustling Sarasota. Ride a bike along Casey Key or along the Legacy Bike trail and Venetian Waterway. Unit is in a gated community that has a pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis, pickle ball, bocce, shuffleboard, and weekly social events. This is an active community. This is Florida living at its best.
The unit has three bedrooms and two baths. The middle bedroom can be used as a bedroom or office. There are a total of three beds. 1 queen, 1 double, and 1 twin. A cot is available for sixth guest.
The kitchen has a large pantry with a full size stackable washer & dryer. There is also a food pantry in the kitchen. The entry hallway has a coat/broom closet. There is also a linen closet in the hall outside the middle bedroom. All bedrooms have closets with built in shelving, drawers, and hanging poles.
The unit is set up for both short and long term stays.
There is reliable WIFI and hi speed internet and cable.
The unit is located in a gated community on the west side of route 41 in Nokomis. It is an active community with tennis, pickle ball, water aerobics, yoga, bocce, shuffleboard, mahjong, bridge, and monthly social events.
There are beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, pool noodles, shark tooth sifter, and beach towels for use.
It is one mile to Nokomis Beach from the back gate.
A one car garage with one parking space in front of the garage is usable to guests. Inside the garage are beach chairs, boogie boards, and shark tooth sand sifters. Bikes can be made available.
Clubhouse and recreational amenities are all available to guests. There is a clubhouse gate code which will provided to guest.
The unit is located in a gated community. A gate code and clicker will be provided to guest.
The unit is a second floor unit without elevator access. Guests must be able to ascend a total of 12 stairs divided into two sets (6 stairs then a landing; then another 6 stairs and the top landing). This unit is best suited for adults with an active yet quiet lifestyle.
