The Space:
1B/2B sleeping 4. This home has every great view you can't miss! This new home has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, couch with pull out, washer & dryer. The Master Bedroom offers two balconies facing the East and West, perfect for watching sunrise or sunset. A King-sized bed, two closets, flat screen TV, and en-suite full bathroom. In addition, there is a large seating area with a dedicated workspace area and recliner. High speed Wi-Fi. The living room has a couch with a Queen pull out, convenient to tuck away during the day's activity. The living room has plenty of common space for hanging out, relaxing after a long day of activity, playing games, etc. The front balcony overlooks the community's Marina with views of the Atlantic Ocean, club house, and large heated pool. Just one condo away from being directly on the Atlantic Ocean and directly by the access point to the Marina. Take a quick walk along the bulkhead as you escape to the pool or community clubhouse & grill. The home has an elevator or stair access from the ground level with a private keyless entry to your home.

Getting Around:
Please, Drive slowly and with caution in the neighborhood. Many families walk or bike the property. Parking for 2 standard vehicles in the driveway under the home (no trailer parking). Free street parking is available along the service road outside the resort.
Can get around by bicycle, car (rentals available at FL Keys Marathon Airport), Uber/Lyft or bus.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Keyless entry. Free parking on-site guaranteed for 2 standard sized vehicles. No trailer or boat parking. No pets permitted. All guests must be a minimum age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent. For stays longer than 30 nights, each guest in the home must complete a background check for the Ocean Isles Fishing Village HOA with a $50.00 fee per guest.
