There is outdoor living on either of 2 patios or the large screened porch, which offers a seating area, dining table & hammock chair. The well-stocked kitchen was recently redone and is centered with a 5' x 6' butcher block island with 4 stools. The cooktop is induction heat and there is a convection oven. There is a cozy dining room that seats 8. The glass table legs are made of vintage cut coral. The living room has seating for 8 and includes two club chairs on wheels. The den has a pub height card table for 4 and a sleeper sofa for any extra guests. There is also a half-bath on the first floor, as well as an outdoor shower. Upstairs you will find the Master suite with private bath and the Family suite, which includes bunk beds for any littles that may visit you.
