We ask that our guests keep our home clean and organized before checking out, after all it is your home away 😊
It is very important to us that you let us know exactly how many people will be staying in our home, in the event that you need to add another person after a booking confirmation you will still be held responsible for the extra cost if they stay the night. If you are coming in town to visit family and friends and wish to invite them over to visit you during your stay in our home,visiting hours are (10 am to 10 pm only) we kindly request to be informed about it ahead of time, if possible before the confirmation of your booking, If guest arrive after your confirmation booking and the host does not agree or know the guest are coming the guest agrees to pay a $40 per person fee per day or reservation may be canceled. Guest will not be allowed to stay over night without knowledge of host. Only the amount of guest that have been confirmed can stay the night. The guest agrees to hold harmless the host for any guest that visit during their stay. No more than 2 cars are permitted to park in the driveway. Please no parking the the garage. There is NO street parking. Law enforcement regulates and and tickets will NOT be owners responsibility.
For the protection of our guests, and our property we have a Ring door bell camera installed in front of the entrance door and above the outside of the garage. The device captures motions every time the door opens, and when someone walks in front of it, when that happens we receive a notification, and at that time we receive a 30 seconds long video of that moment, and of the surround area
It does not record live 24 hours, but it is ALWAYS on if we are hosting or not.
This is an absolutely smoke/drug free home, please be courteous, and respect our space.
No smoking, or usage of any type of drugs is permitted inside the house and/or around the premises.
In the event of any trace of usage of any one of these substances is found inside of our home after your checkout there will be a charge of $500 (or more depending on what it is specifically ilegal drugs)
Parties, meetings, large gathering, or loud noise ARE NOT permitted,
Absolutely no pets allowed. This is a pet free home. If any evidence of a pet is found there will be a $500 fine to disinfect and clean the house to rid of any smell or evidence. Any Service Animal must be disclosed to host prior to booking.
There will be a refundable $500 Booking deposit required for all bookings. Its fully refundable if all rules are honored, only if they are honored (basically no parties, no damage or unauthorized guest and leave the home in good condition. I will request your deposit 5 days in advance of your arrival and it must be paid 48 hours before check in or no entry will be granted.
In the garage you will also find a plunger just in case you have an accident that require the usage of one.
